I've scoured the HeroesWorld tournament archives but still haven't found either 20 or 15 of Tatyana's reports in them — if she doesn't deserve the right to participate in the elections, then who does?!:confused: (maybe I didn't search well enough).

That's right! The criterion based on your number of games is incorrect. You should at least do this, since you can't do without it: either 10-15-20 reports on HeroesWorld, or six months to a year of registration, or a certain number of posts in topics about HoMM3. In other words, just one of these should be enough...
