Criteria for participating in the АК elections.

AK is certainly not a governing body. No governance is needed; there is nothing to govern. When organizing each tournament, the organizer determines the course of its conduct, and after that, everything is governed by the rules. AK is a judicial body that helps online players resolve controversial situations and resolves them if participants cannot reach an agreement (requiring not just consultation, but intervention). Changes to the rules of online games are made by AK only based on the results of a vote by all players. It does not govern anything.

I searched through the archives of the ХВ tournaments but still couldn't find either 20 or 15 reports from Tatyana in them — if she doesn't deserve the right to participate in the elections, then who does?!:confused: (maybe I didn't search well enough).
