1. unwavering love for the game
2. a certain level of skill (including not only online experience but also some offline experience: analyzing save files specifically in this mode)
3. human qualities, aka an innate ability to avoid conflict, combined with a desire and ability to defend one's position privately and publicly, but also to listen to the opponent, understanding and considering all the constructive points in their arguments
4. the candidate must have free online time - but if necessary, they can recuse themselves))))))
