after entering the Dragon Utopia, the status bar at the bottom shows that there is a lot of creatures (>20) there. At the same time, by right-clicking on the Utopia itself, you will see on the screen that the maxed ones all have severeal (5-9), while the third tier greys have few (1-4)

in the min and second tier, right-clicking shows the same, but the status bar says that there is a pack of creatures (up to 20)
