Recent events have shown that AK lacks a so-called spokesperson – someone who can address the public, clearly articulate AK's point of view, defend against constructive and unconstructive criticism, and engage in discussions in a tense environment, walking the line.

Without such people, the "we made a decision, what else is there to discuss?" approach leads to aggression from those who disagree with the decision.

Therefore, finding this spokesperson should be the primary concern. Unfortunately, there are very few such people, and almost all of them sided with Alex, not AK.

Perhaps it's worth analyzing the "negotiations" again and looking for candidates there. Although this will be difficult. The most suitable candidates are Catch and Neo, but they are unlikely to join AK. Maybe invite Peterius – of all the accusers, his position and posts seemed to me the most worthy of respect, both in terms of arguments and tone; I didn't feel the desire or reason to attack him, which is surprising considering our past relationship – we've had disagreements in the past.
