Good one :) I'm referring to Ketch. I don't think I meet any of the stated requirements for an AC member :)
But I would support Vic's candidacy, if HeroesWorld really can't do without an AC. Moreover, I believe the optimal AC composition would be: the AC consists of one person, and that person is Vic.
