Hmm, regarding Kyle, I don't think it's that controversial, because it's impossible to gather enough votes for a ban within half an hour. And if he doesn't notify the game master that he will respond at 2 PM the next day, then according to the rule:
-If a player doesn't respond during the game day and doesn't notify the GM that he will respond in the thread the next game day
