As a suggestion, it seems beneficial to establish such a rule in the Regulations.

The Heroes of Might and Magic community on Volde can express a vote of no confidence in the Administration Committee (AK) at any time.
The AK is obligated to resign in its entirety if, as a result of the Vote of No Confidence, a simple majority of Heroes of Might and Magic players registered on Volde for at least six months expresses no confidence in the AK. In this case, early elections for the AK will be held.
