Not enough.

In my opinion, it's necessary to separate candidates from voters.

I agree that for those who will be elected by the Heroes to the AC, no restrictive barriers should be created, except for registration on the World of Xeen.
The question remains as to the Criteria for those who will have the right to vote.
We can take the number of games as a Criterion:
- either for all Seasons, say 5, 10, 15, 20 games.
- or only for the preceding Season, say 5, 10, 15, 20 games.

I wrote about this before and will repeat now that I see the theoretical danger in the absence of any criteria only in the fact that players for whom World of Xeen is not associated with their native resource may get into the AC.

A little later (on the Weekend), we will hold a vote regarding the selection of a specific criterion (or criteria) for the voting Heroes.
