How to play Heroes of Might and Magic III online via Hamachi?

I reinstalled Windows, configured all the game settings, and Hamachi. But when creating a game, I can't see the created game, and I can't find it, either automatically or by entering the IP address. I don't know what to do. I only play through Ranger, but many people don't want to install Ranger and Hamachi.
