Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

In my opinion, the current regulations for the election of the Appeals Committee for HeroesWorld are completely balanced and adequate. We voted ourselves, we chose ourselves... Those who have facts testifying against the entire Appeals Committee or against a member of the Appeals Committee in particular should "speak now or not speak at all."
