Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Hey, how do I change the font to look like in the screenshot? ... I mean, in the screenshot that's in the screenshot. Right now, the letters look blurry, and I want them to be normal. I've already tried changing it in the desktop properties under appearance (effects), but it seems like there's something else I need to do, but I don't know what.
