- Might and Magic I — II (CRON, approximately 900th year according to the Cron calendar)
The civilization of the Ancients reached its peak; spaceships were created, and VARN’s (pyramid-shaped teleporters between worlds) were created, allowing travel through space.
The chronicler of Cron, the mage Corak, collects the history of the creation of the universe and gradually helps a group of adventurers level up so that they can later travel to other worlds to perform great deeds. The lords Kilburn and Ironfist appear for the first time.
- Might and Magic III (Terra, 500th year according to the Terra calendar)
Events on Terra. Sheltem, a cyborg created to protect the planet, decides to “take control” of the worlds. Corak learns about his nefarious plans and sets out to find the troublemaker. Adventurers, following in Corak’s footsteps, naturally help to thwart the cyborg’s scheme. At the same time, they have to participate in the battle between Good, Neutral, and Evil. The party of heroes successfully flies away from Terra on an Ancient spaceship.
- Might and Magic IV+V (XEEN, 610-850 years according to the Terra and Xeen calendars)
The trail of Sheltem leads to Xeen, a flat, artificial planet with several continents and a large number of island archipelagos. On one side (specifically, on the light side), Lord Xeen, Sheltem’s puppet, rules, and on the other, the evil cyborg himself.
The adventurers kill Lord Xeen and help Corak defeat Sheltem – they both die (or disappear?! – it’s hard to tell, everything is so mysterious!).
The dragon Pharaoh, the guardian of Xeen (just as Sheltem was supposed to be for Terra), seizes the moment and fulfills an ancient prophecy – he transforms Xeen into a spherical planet.
- Heroes of Might and Magic I — II (Xeen, the continental kingdom of Enroth. Dates unknown)
Victory and just rule of the Ironfist dynasty. The death of Lord Ironfist, a war for the throne between the heirs Roland and Archibald, and Roland’s victory.
In the add-on, the history of the development of the various kingdoms of Xeen is told.
- Might and Magic VI (Xeen, Enroth, 1165th year according to the Xeen calendar)
The disappearance of King Roland. The young Nicholas Ironfist rules the country, and Queen Catherine goes to her native kingdom – Erathia.
The first appearance of the Crag Hack – a race of demon-like creatures that competed with the Ancients in conquering the universe. To destroy their ship, Archibald must be revived, but in the end, the natives, in the form of a party of adventurers, blow up the Crag Hack hive, and only pitiful remnants of the invaders remain alive (and they hide in dark and warm corners).
- Heroes of Might and Magic III (Xeen, the kingdom of Erathia, 1168th year according to the Xeen calendar)
Meanwhile, Queen Catherine Ironfist arrives in Erathia. Her native kingdom lies in ruins after terrible battles. This state of affairs does not suit our girl, and she immediately starts a war (apparently, to make life even more difficult for the population). Gradually, it turns out that all the atrocities began because Catherine’s father was turned into a Lich. It is he who now leads the hordes of undead, trampling Erathia. Catherine wins, and Erathia is restored.
- Might and Magic VII (Xeen, Erathia, 1170 according to the Xeen calendar)
Xeen, occupied with internal squabbles, suddenly sees a spaceship with adventurers from the third game of the series return. The heroes are mighty (I leveled them up myself, so you know), but during the flight, something went wrong in their relationship. They split into two opposing groups and, at the same time, divided all of Erathia into two enemy camps.
- Might and Magic VIII (Xeen, Erathia, 1172 according to the Xeen calendar)
Ravenshore is the capital of the kingdom of Jadame, a fragment of the once mighty Regnan pirate empire. At night, a strange traveler sneaks up to the center of the city. He makes a few passes with his hands, and the world turns upside down: in the center of Ravenshore, a huge crystal appears, the magical energies of which break through the barriers that keep the elemental Lords in their planes.
The Destroyer is stopped. The Elemental Lords are free.
- 1175 according to the Xeen calendar, Armageddon
