I too could descend to the level of unsubstantiated claims and say that the fact of maphacking, i.e., revealing the map in an unfinished game, is documented and visible to everyone except Vikk and a small number of biased and prejudiced defenders...
I certainly cannot count myself among the biased and prejudiced defenders. As I've already said, I am not particularly familiar with any of the participants. I have an equally neutral attitude towards the resources that the participants represent — and some here are already trying to drive a wedge between them. My perspective is purely an outside one. I have already mentioned that I have not judged or conducted online tournaments. But I have conducted plenty of offline tournaments. Cheaters exist everywhere, and the principles of catching cheaters and proving cheating are similar. If there is the slightest doubt that a person has cheated, the presumption of innocence applies, a warning is issued, and if a similar situation occurs again, the person is then penalized.
And I will repeat once more. This decision by the Arbitration Committee is ill-considered, unjustified, and harmful, first and foremost to HeroesWorld.
