And I could also resort to making unsubstantiated claims and say that the fact of maphacking, i.e., revealing the map during an unfinished game, is documented and visible to everyone except Wick and a small number of biased and prejudiced defenders...
In principle, the essence is clear, in my opinion, further discussion loses its meaning... and turns into a drawn-out argument, threatens to turn into abstract discussions and disputes about definitions, the construction of conclusions, and evidence based on analogies and examples (KDK, football...).
Good luck to AK in this difficult but noble endeavor.
P.S. As a final note, I personally believe that a key rule has been grossly violated here:

6. Fair Play
The most important rule: players must play fairly and respect each other. It is forbidden to use cheat codes and all kinds of "bugs." and the punishment should be severe. What the hell!! A true Player, from whose computer cheats were entered in an unfinished game - if he is a Player of the Great Game, of course - should feel a sharp sense of shame and embarrassment for his mischief and should do everything possible to justify himself. I repeat, it's him, not AK.
If I were making the decision, I would ban him unconditionally for a year, no matter who it was (well, unless I had more internal turmoil if it turned out to be a good acquaintance...).
Maybe it's a good thing that I'm not in AK :)
