The AK isn't a Colonial Administration; it's an elected body composed of players and for the players. So, if disputes start between AK members, what's the point of having such an AK?

The AK members made a decision based on the collected data, with each member evaluating the data independently, based on their own internal beliefs and the available materials.
In the near future, the players will be offered a mechanism for electing the AK for a specific period.
