A video recording of cheating, and testimony from one witness – an old acquaintance – claiming that he did it, which contains many obvious inconsistencies and therefore there are grounds not to trust him. Testimony from another witness (impartial) who is certain that Alex conducted at least those battles that he supposedly didn't conduct. What are we supposed to do with this?
