It seems to me that you need to do the opposite – remove unnecessary mods and suspicious maps ;) (clear the User Mods and Maps folders – it should help)

After that, the Witch Maidens disappeared from the Troll castle and some Warmongers appeared instead.
Why is this happening? The maps were specifically downloaded for the Tribes of the East, but this is what happens...
