[ANNOUNCEMENT] Heroes 3: World Tournament - an add-on for tournament games.

Here's the issue. In an online match, when I go to the tavern -> kingdom overview, a black screen appears, and the game crashes. Out of 5 attempts to check if the opponent is using a second account, the game crashed 5 times. The opponent, however, has no issues – what could be causing this?
