Regarding replays: I would have immediately used Fireballs against Marbas instead of building walls, although the Archdemons pulled the Spectres a few times, but a competent player wouldn't allow that. Orson also had a lot of mana left; he could have summoned someone instead of directly attacking and won. For Axel, I would have used the hero's and adept's mana differently; the Archangels didn't perform to their full potential, and the Black Dragons could have been ignored since they were within range for a direct attack from the ballistae. But Letos played worse; Hunting Horrors should always be placed in a single stack, and if mass spells are used, Slow and Weaken should be prioritized, but he cast Vulnerability twice. The Unholy Word at the end is beyond comment.
