Kluka, I meant the number of movement points required to capture an object diagonally. And the last step in the Physics section is not described very clearly - ideally, it should be 1) if 141 > MP >= 100, a move or capture of an object diagonally is possible (in the original, all inequalities are non-strict) + example, 2) the terrain penalty is calculated as for the hero's army, which is not native to that terrain (exactly as in the original) + example.
