I would also like to mention the multiplayer map Crusader.
Three turns. That's how long I lasted.
It's unbelievable: with the minimum settings and a resolution of 800x600 (I couldn't bring myself to use anything lower!), the map was running terribly slow, and the computer took 15-20 minutes per turn(!). In the first two turns, I had time to enjoy reading a book, and in the third, I cleaned the house. You can't make maps like that. IMHO.
I was told about this, but I didn't have time to rework it. I thought I would do it later, but no... I tried to make the map large and beautiful. For me, with a resolution of 1680x1050, everything runs smoothly, and the computer doesn't take as long as it does for you. I'll have to take all of this into account next time.
I have a lot of work right now. I don't have time. But I'm with you. As soon as I clear things up, I'll be back.
