Hmm, what’s the point of a chairman? In my opinion, there should be equal voting rights. It should be like in the Duma. If there’s a question, everyone expresses their point of view, and the minority yields to the majority. If it’s controversial, I don’t know what to do; we need to think about it :confused:

Or, explain to me, you simpleton, why we need a chairman :)
