I believe, and I think many people will agree with me, that a redraw is a mistake, just like, for example, confusing a minimal-sized can with a larger one and losing because of it, or forgetting to replenish mana before a battle and suffering unacceptable losses as a result. I think that in tournament games, no one should have the right to make mistakes, regardless of what the mistake was. Auto-win should only be granted for disconnects, at most for a misclick. I probably wouldn't grant an auto-win for a redraw in a tournament. IMHO.
