Thank you, then it's unclear why 2 Archangels couldn't resurrect – because it turns out 200 HP are being resurrected, and the other Archangel had approximately 150 HP... it's strange.

In order to resurrect something, the number of Archangels * 100 must be greater than or equal to the health of the creature being resurrected.
But if there are many Archangels, they can, for example, resurrect 2 Hydras in turn 4.

A classic example in Town Kill 3 is 10 Archangels resurrecting 4 Bears.
That is,

10 Archangels * 100 = 1000, 1000 / 300 (HP of Bears) = 3.3 resurrected Bears.
The last one will have 100 HP.
But one Archangel cannot resurrect a Bear that has 100 HP.
This is the difference.
