The League of Laws is an inter-clan council.

I have already suggested creating some kind of inter-clan cooperation body. I haven't seen any particular feedback or suggestions on this topic yet, so I decided to start myself. So, my proposal: create a League of Laws, a permanent advisory body on the portal. The League will include Diplomats from all clans, and they will discuss and resolve issues of interaction among themselves.

I propose the following functions for the League:
1 - Discussion and conclusion of agreements on holding inter-clan competitions.
2 - Discussion of issues concerning ALL clans.
3 - Resolution of conflict situations that arise between clans.

The Chairman of the League will be each of the Diplomats in turn, changing approximately every two weeks.

Lеха, that's a good idea! I've already been thinking about something similar. I have a few comments.

1) Concluding agreements is the prerogative of the Clan Leaders; either the leaders should be included in the council, or (which is more preferable), only the diplomats, but they only discuss, propose options, etc. And in the end, the final project is approved/not approved by the Clan Leaders.
2) I agree.
3) Diplomats do not have the authority to resolve such situations. Decisions are made either by the Clan Leaders or by councils (depending on the management structure). The League can at most suggest that the clans come to an agreement. Help them sit down at the negotiating table.
4) Changing every half month is too often. At least a month.

We need to think about whether there is anything else... For now, nothing comes to mind.
