How? If the Mafia killed with cold weapons, even if a thief stole a Death Dealer, he stole it from the Consigliere because the Caporegime are dead. Or am I missing something again?

We should ask Vegtam - maybe I'm misunderstanding. IMHO, it's like this - the thief steals the "Murder" artifact, but he has his own cold weapon.
