2 Sticks: A couple of questions: 1. Is it forbidden to use Hill Fort, Cartographer, and the Outer Market? Does the Black Market fall under this category? 2. In light of the experience from the last international tournament, a question arose: Since the tournament gathered so many people and has a grand name, there will be those who want to win at any cost. Will there be some kind of body (I couldn't find better words) investigating map hacking and other such things? And not only investigating, but also having the authority to disqualify someone.
