[ANNOUNCEMENT] Heroes 3: World Tournament - an add-on for tournament games.

I already suggested making it 3% per level instead of 5%.

At level 20 with Angels, it would be 600 * (0.03 * 20) = 360 bonus movement points.

I think that's useful enough and not unbalanced.
