Lok 1978 (mages, narcissist) - defeated drang (elves, Ginrael) - lost.

That's how it happened. Took level 20 on day 3, then searched for light. Only had haste as magic, then found a crystal. Attacked in the dark, encountering hundreds of blue creatures in 2 stacks; they all fired faster than me - 56 elves. Broke through the treasure and the game crashed. Reloaded, broke through again, but lost half the army. Decided to reload, but then the game crashed again.
