The Great Confrontation – reports and summaries.

Leolopus (Dungeon, Erin) lost to Igrok v geroev (Elves, Wingael) on the Maze map, week 7. Overall, Wingael should have been left in the timeout, but I think even without Wingael, the outcome wouldn't have changed. I saw that the opponent with an army went to the Gate of Oblivion, but one day wasn't enough. After a few turns, he merged into a Castle, but didn't have enough money to buy out the entire army, only half, and he also had only about 50 mana. So, when the opponent reached my Castle on his turn (he managed to do it in one turn, even though the portal to the Gate of Oblivion wasn't close), the defense in the Castle wouldn't have helped much. Sanya gave me a choice: either he attacks as is, or I leave my Castle on my turn with my full army and mana. I chose the lesser of two evils and left my Castle on my turn, taking 100% damage. After that, everything went as expected: the Elves swept the Dungeon (I had no defense). There was chaos, of course, but it didn't help me much. Thanks for the game.
