Which file needs to be edited to change a hero’s specialization?

Hello, could you please tell me how to play downloaded maps? I put them in the "maps" folder, but the game doesn't recognize them.

It's possible that the maps are for one version of the game, while you have a different version installed. Does the file extension of the maps match the file extension of the maps already in the "maps" folder?
