Organizers of open championships (and that's the status of ours) do not have the right to refuse participation to any participant "at their own whim." To refuse participation, it is necessary to present valid reasons (violation of established selection rules, the presence of doping, in our case, proven cheating). The IOC cannot simply disqualify certain athletes.
Unless, of course, there is a typo in the word "org"... ("orc"?..)
