Sanya is an excellent organizer; I saw it myself in real life. It's just his communication style on the forum.
An excellent organizer is someone who only handles the organizational tasks assigned to him (it's unclear by whom). Reception, accommodation, club rental, meals, and leisure activities. That's it. Give him a list of participants, and he should provide the above. Rules, and especially the list of participants, are none of his business. This person is trying to play the role of a heroic god. But in my opinion, he loses in terms of basic human decency compared to everyone he's trying to put down here.
I don't think it's worth making such comparisons without knowing the person personally.
You know, I communicate a lot on forums and in instant messaging, and I've met some people in person. I can say with complete certainty that, in very few cases (or perhaps none), my opinion after meeting them in real life differs from the one I formed virtually. I'll say more: a person can smile at you in person, but when your face is not visible, or rather, when they hide their face behind a computer monitor, their true nature, strangely enough, emerges. Why? Think about it yourself
