Seriously, who chooses Necropolis on Jebus, especially for a War Tournament? It's a very bad choice, to put it mildly.
According to the rules of the War Tournament, I consider Necropolis to be one of the 3 strongest factions on Jebus, and it's the only one I used to break Utopia and Grove on the first map, which is extremely important for Jebus in an extreme setting.
