In theory, Shakti is no longer needed, but she has completed her mission. I've been thinking... I'm in favor of banning switching heroes. If there are no well-founded arguments against it before the event starts, then let's do it. I don't quite understand why Necromancy should be banned; let it be played by secondary heroes. If there are any objections, please voice them now, before we start.
