I don't understand what the argument is about? :) Anyone who has seen WT should understand: only it has the SoD settings! And without TE settings, they can go straight to the trash, even when experienced players meet each other. Arguments? 1. Speed in the limited time frame of the tournament: a) Quick template switching (in Moscow, running to the admin for this took up a lot of time and disrupted the focus). b) The amazing autobattle – it's easy to imagine the overall impact of it. c) The ability, like in Light, to run 2 games in parallel, but with time control – the timer doesn't tick until the turn is taken. d) The TE interface (external light programs are raw – in addition to the incomprehensible units, automatically transferring Nagas, Hydras, and Ogres without focusing on the process can lead to simple losses and defeats). e) Anti-cheat as a way to relieve the judges – while I have no doubt about the integrity of the respected finalists, the hypothetical possibility of even accidentally revealing delayed matches is absent. And there are other advantages – it installs quickly, it's a product of the future, no matter how you look at it... in short, I don't see any disadvantages. Now, regarding the rules – of course, SoD (SoD settings in WT). Arguments: 1. Everyone played on it, including the current TE players. 2. The best of them are still playing and succeeding. 3. And most importantly, any Competitive events should be held according to unified rules, and playing field hockey in the morning and polo in the evening is just wrong... IMHO
