And I think the second part of my proposal is quite viable - limiting it to 1 game per week is too strict, but limiting it to 3 games per month seems quite realistic, in that time you can go on vacation, go on a business trip, and still have time to play if you want ;) And I think no one doubts that there needs to be a limit, previous tournaments here and on other resources have been talking about this for a long time.
