I didn't want to get involved, but since I'm already part of this... :)

First of all, the Moscow situation is unclear.
Eddi, Pit for LM, Kebazavr, Stinger, vitalic - the order of places.
If Kebazavr isn't coming, 3rd place from Moscow goes to Stinger. I don't think it's fair to take a place away from Michurinsk. Although, I would really like to chat with Vitalik; I learned the basics of HoMM from him, but that's just if we're talking about fairness.

Regarding the version, it would be good if the universal players could finally decide. This would eliminate the nonsense and chatter. A clear number of votes would put everything in its place.

From the table that Sanya posted, it's clear:
9 people are for TE
6 people are for SoD (TE-lite)
1 person is for TE/TE-lite
2 people are for universal
3 are undecided, and someone knows something about Napalm?

I think it's fair to set the base version to what the majority voted for. And by agreement - anything goes :)

So, regarding the version.
Initially, it was said that we would use TE-lite as the basis for the final. Was there such a statement from Nagana...?
I was against it - I wanted SoD. And I made SoD the basis in Kyiv.

Vlk777 - even though he butted in here with his..., caused a stir, and started another argument, he's somewhat right - there are only a couple of TE players who are really pushing for TE - two buddies :)
Let's respect everyone, and not try to dominate. It's not so difficult for TE players to play on SoD or TE-lite. They've proven it - at least these two friends ;)
A simple count of votes won't help here. Eddie also sent me his vote - also for pure SoD. Eddie, Pit, Vitalik - these are the pros.
And also - the winners of most of the qualifiers are pure SoD players:
- in Kyiv - Aldegyr - pure SoD
- in Michurinsk - Leha - pure SoD
- in Moscow - Eddie - pure SoD
- Siberia - Van - pure SoD
So, you can count the "majority" like this ;) - 4 out of 7 are for SoD, and only one - Yekaterinburg - is for TE.
Statistics is a tricky science :)

Therefore, the final decision from the organizer (me) and the judge (Vika) - the base version is TE-lite. By agreement - SoD, TE-full, wt.
That's it. Anyone who wants to discuss versions further - go to the garden :)

Otherwise, we'll just end up arguing.

Regarding Moscow. The situation there is generally unclear. Pit is talking somewhat uncertainly about his trip, Eddie doesn't know if he'll be able to come. Kebazavr refused due to work.
If we judge by logic, then Stinger and Preds shouldn't even go to the final :)... I know, I know what the fuss will be about. Everyone has heard about Stinger, I haven't played with him - but I know he's strong. But he didn't qualify in Moscow. And this is a small indicator of the strength of the Moscow tournament.
Plus, he had a place in Michurinsk. Therefore, my suggestion is - Stinger goes from Michurinsk, and if someone else from Moscow can't make it, then we'll invite Wowa from Moscow and give 4-5 places to Michurinsk.
