Selection for FB-3.

I haven't had any problems lately; I was away for the last 5 days and couldn't play. I waited for my opponent for almost the entire duration of the first round. When we finally started playing, we had to postpone it to the 117th day. After that, my opponent was away for a week and couldn't play. When he returned, it was already the very end of the first round, and I couldn't play that day either. As a result, the time for the first round expired. I'm ready to finish this match at any time, or I agree to a draw. I've already contacted my next opponent on ICQ, and we're playing tomorrow.
Regarding the tournament itself, I have no complaints and am ready to continue playing.
