Please clarify, is this tournament on the Test Environment (TE) – is it on the League, or is it something new?
In my opinion, the rules are written clearly, both in black and white. A tournament on the League is a tournament on the League; in any case, you won't be able to reinvent the wheel. The game is the same, and you can only change the rules and structure of the tournament. If you look at it from this perspective, the tournaments are different.
