What's wrong with unlimited time? I don't see anything bad about it. You can't escape reality; your phone will ring, or something else will happen. Often, after games with fierce opponents of unlimited time, they themselves complain that they didn't have enough time because of real-life issues... which seems a bit strange to me... On the contrary, playing with unlimited time is very convenient and doesn't take much longer than playing with a time limit...
