The topic isn't bad, but it can't emit rays of goodness on its own. And if someone comes to the forum intending to cause trouble, they will do so anywhere.

Hmm... the thing is, this was also done in another topic with a caveat – move it to the Tribune... i.e., now everyone knows that you can swear and do whatever you want in the Tribune!!! I find this position repulsive from the start.
Yes, I agree – a person can, as you put it, cause trouble in any topic – but they know that they won't be praised for it. But here – here you go, all conditions are met... And the excuse – "What, it's the Tribune, you can do anything here!"

In general, I say, open the topic; I won't close it just because I feel like it.... However, I am generally against it and suggest opening a vote on whether the topic is needed in principle or what boundaries should not be crossed even here....
