02/23/2010 - 03/07/2010. Kluka (blue, Castle, Valeska, Vokial) drew Hermit (red, Inferno, Pyrrh, Galtran) 8mm6 247, time limit = unlimited
I didn't insist on a draw or demand it because of the hit and run. I simply offered a draw to my opponent, and he agreed, especially since he had offered it to me before I attacked Vokial in the Castle. The hit and run had absolutely nothing to do with it; we replayed that battle.
If I had known that Vokial had a Cloak of Displacement, I would never have attacked the Castle at that moment, but we had been playing for a very long time, already on the second day, and both days for 12 hours... I didn't want to prolong it any further, and my opponent absolutely refused to come out into the field. (Next time, I will definitely make sure before attacking the Castle so recklessly.) In the field, I would have easily killed Vokial without even noticing, but in the Castle, he destroyed the catapult with magic before a breach was made in the wall, and unfortunately, all 400 demons and 1000 skeletons were lost. Only 7000 remained. Afterwards, in the tavern, it was shown again that I had an advantage in troops, and I raised another large army. But I was no longer confident in victory, and this unsuccessful siege had demoralized me. I had to settle for a draw. :( Apparently, that game with OUTLAW, where a similar situation occurred during a siege, didn't help me, but next time, in such a situation, I will definitely make sure that there is no Cloak of Displacement and that this won't happen again. I would have checked it this time too, but there was very little time, and we had already been playing almost the entire second day, and that's how I lost the victory. But nothing can be done - a draw is a draw. But next time, I'd rather postpone the second game than attack the Castle so recklessly.
Thank you for the game.
