I'll be honest and straightforward – people who can't communicate on topic and constantly shift the discussion to personal attacks ("where do these people come from, I'm laughing at these unique individuals") only irritate and disrespect me. I wanted to say it bluntly, but I'll say it gently: the communication skills of such individuals are at a very primitive level. If you think someone is wrong, explain to them what they're wrong about, without resorting to personal attacks. Or is that beyond your capabilities?
