Well... it's not a monster, but a doll that suffered a "sexy trauma." They were patching it up on an operating table, and as a result, it ended up in a "sexy coma." To somehow brighten the situation, they stitched its mouth into a smile: as one song says, "a smile will brighten everyone's day"? Well, the same applies here.... ))
