The percentage increase to damage comes from ranged attacks. You could add 0/1/2 to the damage of ranged units. You could also add +1/3/6 to the attack when firing (similar to the Precision spell). But these are just options.

Regarding Broghild, people have been saying for a long time that he needs to be REWORKED!!! His Scouting skill should be replaced with another skill, for example, Resistance... And Resistance should be replaced with Armor.

P.S.: A small request. Please add the "Manual Alliance Adjustment" script from Heroes of Might and Magic III. I'm sure that with the introduction of simultaneous turns, interest in team play will increase!

2Wlk777: When playing in Total Annihilation/WarCraft, forget about the concept of BLACK MARKET. Here, there is a randomizer + trading, which creates a kind of dynamic balance. :)
