Incorrect statement.
1) There is NO lower bracket final.
2) There is NO lower bracket SEMIFINAL.
3) There is NO final – a match between the winners of the lower and upper brackets.

Did you really miss everything there??? Two empty slots. That's one game. Dariel-HL, and that's it!!!! Accordingly, one game is not filled.
The lower bracket semifinal is Valenok-HL, and the lower bracket final (Dariel-HL) is on the previous page (45), dated February 28, 2010, and the game report is available.
