Standard gameplay simply means playing not in a campaign, but in the suggested scenarios to choose from or those created by yourself, either online or with AI.

That's what I thought, but there seem to be many topics here where various strategies and tactics are discussed, as well as the optimal choice and development of heroes... Including when playing with a real person online.

And why don't you want to play in a campaign? In my opinion, all the essence of Heroes, all the atmosphere and spirit are concentrated precisely in it. Scenarios are more of an addition, although they are relatively independent...
