That's what will happen; someone from the top three winners of the Moscow Championship will refuse to go to Kyiv (if Kyiv is still happening, which is only a fact for residents of Ukraine;)). Stinger is going from the Michurinsk selection, and voila, Vitalik takes 5th place out of 12 in the final!

Regarding the 5th place in Moscow, I can only say that Preds and Stinger, who won prize places in Michurinsk, did not make it to the top three in Moscow. Those who have brains will draw their own conclusions about the strength of Moscow ;)
